Goods received :

• Indian Loaded Cargo Truck enters the Port from Indian through Zero Point.
• Operations Department receives the Truck and enters all the necessary information at the Posting Section.
• After Posting, the Truck is moved to the Weigh Scale for weight measurement.

Goods Stored :

• Once the weight measurement is completed, the Indian Cargo Truck is sent to Open Yard / Transshipment Shed / Warehouse.
• Physical examinations of Goods, Assessment and out-pass of Goods done by Customs.
• After submission of Bill of Entry (BL) to Customs, challan collection and duty is paid by C&F Agent.

Loading-Unloading :

• Loading-Unloading for Delivery and Warehouse by Port Management after clearance from Customs Authorities.

Tariff Collection :

• Based on the nature of the Goods and Service required, Port Management team completes the Assessment, collection of Challans and collection of Tariffs. 
• Tariff Sharing- Bangladesh Land Port Authority (BLPA) 49% & Port Operator 51%.

Delivery :

• Exit Pass of Bangla Trucks for delivery of Goods.
• Exit Pass of Indian empty Trucks.
